Consistent disabled button styling in Court

Disabled buttons in Kleros Court now share a single background, border, and text color across the app, in both light and dark themes. Hover, focus, and active states are aligned, and disabled link buttons keep their transparent styling, so unavailable actions are easier to recognize at a glance.

Bug fixes

Per-market price precision on Foresight charts — The market chart in Foresight now formats the price axis, tooltip, and legend values using each market’s own precision instead of a fixed two decimals. Markets that share identical rounded values no longer collapse to the same tick, so overlapping outcomes stay distinguishable.
